I do things just like that. It's awfully wild and crazy around here and we all need a few moments of peace and quiet now and then. :P

Just wanted to give you a big ol' hug and say keep on going! The pump will get easier once you iron out the kinks. Granted, you'll always be making changes, but these first couple weeks are hard. I've had the crud since Dec. 21 and it doesn't seem to want to go away.

Hope the craziness with the pumping settles down soon too and you find your groove.Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15030783893373288244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4077635557105576899.post-15999535858750881352011-01-12T04:28:39.011-07:002011-01-12T04:28:39.011-07:00Oh Steph! I know those days of fatigue and then getting sick...Actually, me and my hubby are sick right now AND...with "D" in the mix you and I both know we aren't getting the rest we need. You will get the hang of this..and btw, I thing your over night numbers sound pretty damn good!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00895126112651188056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4077635557105576899.post-70438057695934128202011-01-12T00:02:06.730-07:002011-01-12T00:02:06.730-07:00been on the pump for a year and a half and still t...been on the pump for a year and a half and still trying to get the hang of things!! D management isn't easy in these little ones who keep having growth spurts...the pump helps but WE are still having to figure it all out. There are ALWAYS adjustments! But boy it feels so nice to be able to easily make corrections if the adjustments weren't quite right. You will get a better handle on things so don't stress it (too much) :-)
Hope you feel better soon!!Denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07490374648906561675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4077635557105576899.post-37074398331956291632011-01-11T21:13:52.811-07:002011-01-11T21:13:52.811-07:00I'm sorry for you!! We had crazy highs for a while because our endo wanted us to make very slow changes...it was awful and hard and I was SO tired. It will get better and easier to understand but it takes time. Don't worry about the A1C..just work on getting your bearings at a pace that makes sense to you. We have been on the pump for 10 months now and I would say it took a good six to get the hang of things!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16578777299563079924noreply@blogger.com
